height: 228px; padding: 5px;\" valign=\"top\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0.0px;\">Pretende-se estudar o contributo de algumas vari\u00e1veis protetoras do funcionamento intra e interpessoal (como a autocompaix\u00e3o, o bem-estar psicol\u00f3gico, o bem estar espiritual, a esperan\u00e7a, o otimismo, a resili\u00eancia e o coping) para a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de contextos de trabalho saud\u00e1veis, percebendo as associa\u00e7\u00f5es existentes com algumas vari\u00e1veis organizacionais (e.g. comprometimento organizacional, virtuosidade organizacional, stresse ocupacional).<br \/>\nNuma fase mais avan\u00e7ada do projeto s\u00e3o, ainda, objetivos: 1) implementar um programa de interven\u00e7\u00e3o no contexto organizacional, dirigido a colaboradores que apresentem n\u00edveis de stresse mais elevado (aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de t\u00e9cnicas de mindfulness e de coaching), e 2) perceber o impacto que o programa tem nos indicadores do funcionamento individual e organizacional.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p>[It is intended to study the contribution of some protective variables\u00a0of intra and interpersonal functioning (such as self-compassion,\u00a0psychological well-being, spiritual well-being, hope, optimism,\u00a0resilience and coping) for the creation of healthy work contexts,\u00a0perceiving the existing associations with some organizational\u00a0variables (e.g., organizational commitment, organizational virtuosity,\u00a0occupational stress).<br \/>\nIn a more advanced phase of the project are also objectives: 1)\u00a0implement an intervention program in the organizational context, aimed\u00a0at employees who have higher levels of stress (application of\u00a0mindfulness and coaching techniques), and 2) perceive the impact that\u00a0the program has on the indicators of individual and organizational<br \/>\nfunctioning.]<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"letter-spacing: 0.0px;\"><strong>Investigadores<\/strong>\u00a0(CIIPSO-ISMT;
